Congratulations Mama.
I wish to congratulate you mama for making it to Cabinet. You are ever my mentor and I ever pray the best for you. It is high time your enemies get ashamed as they discover that you are not a tribal leader but rather a national leader. Just do your work as you have always done and don’t fear to speak for a common man even in this coalition government. You are the voice of the masses. Serve them well and they will ever shame your enemies.
Dear Mrs. Ngilu,
CONGRATULATIONS on your appointment the Minister of Water and Irrigation. My question to you is just one – what is your plan to try and address the shortage and problems of water in Kenya and specifically Nairobi. It’s really dis-heartening to keep reading of all these water problems in this day and age in Kenya.
Thanks you and please feel free to send me your response on my personal e-mail address which is lcovington2@yahoo.com
